Purchase Options
Flow is available in the following purchase formats:
A single order with no commitment. You are charged once at checkout and your order is shipped without any recurring billing.
A recurring subscription that ships Flow automatically at your chosen frequency (every 30, 60, or 90 days). You receive a discounted price and can cancel, pause, or modify at any time.
Bundle Offers on Subscriptions
Some orders are placed under a promotional bundle offer, such as "Buy 2 Get 1 Free" or "Buy 3 Get 2 Free." These bonus bottles are a one-time incentive applied to your first order only — they are not repeated on recurring subscription renewals.

This means each renewal charge reflects only the paid quantity of your selected plan — no additional free bottle is added after your first shipment. Full details are available in our Terms of Service.
Subscription Billing
By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the frequency selected at checkout.
- You will be billed automatically on the same date each cycle
- A reminder email will be sent before each renewal charge
- Prices are locked in at the time of subscription and will not increase without prior notice
- Failed payments may result in a temporary hold on your subscription
How to Cancel a Subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time, with no cancellation fees. To cancel:
- Log in to your account and manage your subscription from your dashboard
- Or email us at support@tryflowhealth.co with your order number and subject line "Cancel Subscription"
Important: Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before your next scheduled billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming cycle.
Pausing or Modifying a Subscription
You can pause or modify your subscription at any time through your customer account or by contacting us. Modifications include:
- Changing the delivery frequency
- Updating your shipping address
- Swapping your payment method
- Pausing for up to 3 months
Refunds on Subscriptions
If you cancel after a charge has already been processed, you may still be eligible for a refund under our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee, provided the request is made within 30 days of the charge date.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
One-Time Order Cancellations
One-time orders can only be cancelled before they have been dispatched. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled — please refer to our Refund Policy for return options.
To request a cancellation, contact us immediately with your order number.
