By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our site. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users.

Products & Orders

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products.

• Prices are set in USD. If you shop in another currency, the amount at checkout is converted at the current exchange rate
• We may change prices for new orders at any time. Renewal prices for existing subscribers only change with prior notice, as described below
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, in which case any charge for that order is refunded in full
• Order confirmation does not guarantee fulfillment if stock is unavailable
• Product images are for illustrative purposes and may vary slightly

Subscriptions

Flow is sold as a subscription only. By placing your first order, you enroll in an automatically renewing subscription and authorize us to charge your payment method on each renewal date until you cancel.

Your first order is charged at a discounted introductory price. Each renewal after that is charged at the regular subscription price for your plan:

Shipping and applicable taxes, if any, are shown at checkout.

• Renewals are billed at the delivery frequency you selected at checkout, starting one full cycle after your first order
• We send a reminder email before each renewal charge, showing the amount and date
• If we change the renewal price for your plan, we will notify you by email before the new price applies, and you may cancel before then
• You can cancel at any time, including right after your first order, with no cancellation fees. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your next billing date to avoid that charge

Payments

We accept major credit cards and other payment methods available at checkout. All transactions are processed securely through Shopify Payments. By submitting an order, you confirm that the payment information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to use it, including for recurring subscription charges.

In the case of fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, we reserve the right to cancel the order and report the activity to the appropriate authorities.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship to addresses within the United States and select international destinations. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier
• We are not liable for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation
• International orders may be subject to customs duties paid by the customer
